Hello,
Sometimes when the window's width is reduced, the tooltip is displayed in an unpredictable way. Where can I corrected this issue?
Regards
Mar

HI, Mar.

Thank you for contacting us.
What do you mean by "sometimes when the window's width is reduced"?
You mean that you change width of browser window after page is loaded?
Thus tooltips will be always misplaced as they ware calculated for certain view port. By changing browser width you change it to random size.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

The issue may be related to the CSS rule @media-width. Where can we fix it? JS? PHP? I don't know. This problem appears when the page is of a certain width, even after refreshing.

Cześć Mar.

What "certain width"?
Rather try this tool: quirktools.com/screenfly/ as I presume that you resize browser window manually - that generates random viewport width.
Responsive design is based on break point rules, so it won't work with random viewport size.
Please, specify viewport width when issue appears.
