That error is coming from memory_limit issue, please you increase memory_limit on your php setting, contact your sys-admin to do it..

My memory limit is 256MB and that is max for me.
Also when you first applied fix everything worked on Joomla 3.7.4 and JoomSocial 4.0 something changed after upgrade to the latest 3.7.5 and 4.4.1
Maybe that can help.
Also if I uninstall Akeeba admin tools error is gone.
Also error apears with RSFirewall! when installed
Why are this errors only displaying when some security soft is active in corelation with Debug and debug language active.

Our recommendation value for memory_limit is 1024M, the current value is fine, but you will get random error when your site is bit busy.

Dimas you have made it work first time on Joomla 3.7.4 and JomSocial so I dont think it is PHP memory limit is an issue. I will go to sleep now and after I wake up I will start from scratch because I know now what you have edited.
But can you take a look on this error:

Latest Joomla version and latest jomsocial version have more queries than old version, so it makes server load is bigger.. so thats why this issue is coming now.. I hope you will upgrade the memory_limit then..

I have solved this!
When I use php 7.1 error is there, when on 7.0 error is gone.
And there wasn't need for editing activities.php file.
