megamenu not loading the menu

hi .. in the socialize - template ... the megamenu not loading the menu to edit it ?? please help

Please, edit your first post here, then under main text field, please, click a switch and new field will show up.
Enter your site credentials there - I need to see your issue in order to help you.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi, Ali.

You edited your first post but didn't noticed us that it was done... thus your whole thread wasn't marked as pending.
I checked your system and issue is caused by not loading jQuery file:
prntscr.com/fk02mb

Server reject access to jQuery file. Please, contact with your hosting provider and ask them to help you investigate why server reject access.
