Signing in with Facebook Button on the Socialize template throws an Undefined Error on our website Agri360.co.za. See attached screenshot or try it for yourself. Functionality was working perfectly until about 2 months ago. Have tried creating new Facebook apps but it doesn't seem to help. Sincerely appreciate any/all help to resolve this issue.

Hi, Ross.

Thank you for contacting us.
Please, edit your first post here and provide us your site backend access.
Also, please, make sure that you're using latest version of JomSocial.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Michal, you asked me to provide my site backend access. Isn't this forum public? Worried that the wrong people will have access.

Hi, Ross.

Yes, forum is public but there is a way to provide confidential data.
Just edit your first post and you'll see a switch under main text field.
Click on it and new text field will show.
You may safely provide credentials there so only we could see it )

Michal, I have sorted the problem out by uninstalling some extensions that I don't use any more. Also upgraded to latest version of Jomsocial Pro. Facebook Button back up and working. Thanks for your willingness to help. Problem Solved.

Hi, Ross.

Great to hear that you've managed to solve this.
Could you share what you did - what extensions uninstalled? So other user could benefit for future :)
