Socialize 2.1.2 not responding correctly on iPad and Samsung S6

I upgraded my Socialize template on Agri360.co.za to the latest version 2.1.2 and noticed that it did not responding correctly on 2 of my mobile devices... iPad and Samsung S6 mobile.

I then tried the socialize.jomsocial.com/ demo site on these 2 devices and found they have the same problem. (see attached screenshots).

The problem: The lighter blue menu bar is overlapping part of the site on Samsung S6 mobile and on the iPad, it's overlapping the menu making any form of navigation extremely difficult.

Any chance you could help me fix the problem?
