ISSUE SUMMARY: i order joomsocial in december 2015, it not been a year yet, why i cant ask question, and do update, i am suppose to have tech support for a year.

Your account detected as valid customers, anyway can you check "My Account" page and click download the jomsocial package there ? www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
Aslo can you open this page www.jomsocial.com/forum/installation/topic/create and make sure you can create new topic?
