You are using spanish language on english version, ehm this is wrong method.. please you use with proper method, install Joomla spanish translation community.joomla.org/translations/joomla...ish-translation.html and then install jomsocial spanish package www.jomsocial.com/translations/translations/ca-ES

it has nothing to do with the language files

i just intalled a fresh new copy to other url and it is also not working

I know that issue, this issue caused by your server configuration, the json_encode is not working.. please you contact your hosting provider and make sure this function is working on your server json_encode
