It seems that you removed Joomla! default login module mod_login.
You need to restore it, create module (no need to assign it to any position) enable and make public.
Download latest Joomla! package.
Unzip it.
Look in ROOT/modules for mod_login
Upload whole folder to your server ROOT/modules
Then in Joomla! Backend -> Extensions -> Discover.
Click Discover button - find Login Firm module on the list, check it and click install.
Module will be installed then just create new Lofin Form module ;)

Did you installed it?
I also tried to access your server via FTP... but I couldn't.
Could you provide working FTP credentials?
Edit your first post and provide them in FTP fields.
