I replicate my dev.mywebsite.com to dev2.mywebsite.com that i can understand what all they have done.

All is working nice - but the logo on the frontpage is too much left. please check the dev.mywebsite.com that u can see what i mean.

What do you want looks like ? that is default behavior design from socialize.

But when I check dev2, I see there is something wrong on your module configuration. So the logo is on the left not on the middle of your web container.
