ISSUE SUMMARY:
After I installed Socialize, I get this error " Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL. "

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Install plg_system_t3-2.5.5
2 socialize_template_V2.1.1
3 go to template and click "Less to CSS"
4 Choose template Default and select all menu
5 Save and Close
RESULT
Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL.
EXPECTED RESULT
The error shouldn't happen like this

I still have the same problem on my site. Eduface.online.
My site can load fine if I went to my server to restart it and then my site will load perfect. And after that my site will have the same problem happen again so I need to restart my vps again.

Seems your server is down, I suggest you contact your server admin and ask what happens.. or maybe you can see the server log by yourself..
