Hi there

In iphone u can surf on a site and then click in safari below on this arrow-up-icon and then "Add to home screen" - then u have the icon from the website like an app.

this all is nice - but when i login to this site when i click on the "app" and i chose another menupoint then a new site goes open and i've to sign in me again.

can u help me with this issue?

Hi.

You mean that:

1. You've opened web browser and logged in to your site
2. Then clicked on icon on home screen (let's call it a shortcut)
3. Web browser opens with certain URL loaded (your site URL)
4. And you need to log in again?

Are above steps correct?

Hi

No - that's not correct.

Go on your mobile to safari and give my url in. then click below on this icon and "Add to home screen". (Look at attachment).

Then u have an icon on the iphone desktop - then click on this icon and login. after that, please go to menu (in the community) and make a choice (for ex. click on photos).

Then u'ill see, that a new browser goes up and u have to login again!

Yes, i also tried this issue on many others iphones and ipads. always the same issue.

Maybe i have an idea: i saw, that the field (see attachment) is missing when i make the "Add to home screen". Maybe this is the issue? Is it an issue from template?

No, rather not. Template doesn't affect login sessions.

Yes, i tried many different devices. by all is the same problem / issue.

I also tried your website from the video - there is working nice. but on my site not... this is one of my last issue :-( i can't start with this issue :-(

what can we try more for find a solution?

Hi Admins

Now, i installed a new Joomla and Test it again with different devices. But always i've the same issue.

I think it's a problem with the template - or whatever? I can't believe that we can't fix this issue.

Hmmm, we wasn't abl;e to replicate it. But could you try with different template? Just for test.
Please, switch to Joomla! default template "Protostar".
