ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hello, I would like to know how can I fix the errors shown me in the backend of JoomSocial, the former is referred to there are 26 men and 37 women registered on the site, this is not true, are not correct data, the second and most importantly, they show codes in place that should have statistical data on the average age of those who are subscribed. Please see attached image.

hi, I think, and I aclararás if so, that the data presented 26 and 37 relate to the average age, respectively segmented by gender ?? and not to the amount of user registration.

The count of male and female not related with the age, that is different, that is the count registered member's gender on Jomsocial.

But well, I suggest you update your Jomsocial to the latest version, because we have some bug on this section before.

if this issue still happens please provide me FTP and phpmyadmin access then.

hello, I have upgraded JomSocial, but still presenting the data of 26 and 37, I want to know if this refers to the number of men and women respectively or refers to statistical average age of men and women registered in the site. because if it refers to the number of men and women registered with the site then there is an error under there is no such amount.

I wonder how you could fix the distortion presented above as you had mentioned, because after upgrading to re-present the same problem, so same options that account for user participation (please see picture) has almost missing. it is due, as Scatter symbol fix it. Thanks for all your help.

The gender issue is valid bug, I already reported to our developer.

I got the confirmation from our developer, which the male and female is not counter the age, but the average of the age from male and female :)

in the future we will create the extra label / text so the clients will understand it
