you can see socialize positions at joomla backend > extensions > template, open socialize > layout. you can see all available positions at there.

socialize using T3 framework, you can create new layout or positions. here the doc about it:

could you please elaborate more? which "logo" do you mean?
there no any logo at your site:

i remove the logo because i could not figure out how to place the banner ads next to it, but don't worry. second question the module on the home page i want them to be available to register user only but for some reason when i save it on under register user, when i go back it still saying public. i am trying to have the register user the event module, photo and video etc

if you using "social" layout, the logo place only at toolbar. you cant put module next to it.
and about modules access level. please open that module from joomla backend > extensions > modules. at every module settings there is "access level", you can set it to Registered.
