you need to override jomsocial template:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Customizing_Template

if you dont know how to do it. please provide me FTP access detail by edting your firs post at this topic.
put it at site info form.

and please elaborate more, maybe by using screenshot. about what exactly positions do you want.

unzip and put it at:
/templates/socialize/html/com_community/layouts/photos/
create that folders under socialize folder if not exist yet

after that you can assigning any module to js_photo_ads position.
