Can you explain what issue was changed/fixed in regards to this update with the Socialize template? I don't want to lose my custom template work if the issue is minor...

You only need update the mod_community_toolbar module for fixing this, you dont need to update all Socialize template.

Re-Download socialize template from "my account" page, you will get that module there, and re-install it on your server.

If you need more help, please provide me FTP access, I will update it directly.
