How can i do that, that my logo is over the "top-header"?

Hi André,

it cant, because the toolbar always on top. if not on top will make any issues at mobile devices. I suggest you to put the logo at top header toolbar. please goto module manager and open jomsocial toolbar module.

after that goto template manager > socialize > layout tab > and set layout to social

It's done. But the Logo is to big. Is it better when i just take an icon as a logo? How big (dimensions) is the best solution for the logo/icon?
