Our toolbar is loading very slow. When you open the site everything is loaded but on the toolbar there is nothing, after 2sec.there are this symbols (see on the photo) and after 2 sec. there are the default symbols. Also the scroll top is affected.
How we can change?

please try using Caching on that module.
goto joomla module manager > open that module (Community Toolbar for Socialize Template) > at advanced, turn on Caching.

at jomsocial 4.1 we will rebuild that module.

that because the font icon need to load until all request completed.
please try to remove https://[site domain]/q/qradiofiles/piwik.js

seem that JS make the issue. not sure which 3rd party bring that javascript.

I'm sure the issue related with 3rd party extensions. I cannot debugging your live site because can make your site badly damage.

or you can take out bootstrap from T3 plugin.
browse to:
/Volumes/Data/htdocs/gay/plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/bootstrap
and rename that folder to
/Volumes/Data/htdocs/gay/plugins/system/t3/base-bs3/bootstrap-old

at my prev post, I asked you to try to remove/take out Bootstrap by rename that folder.
if that step make any issue. you can revert it by rename it back.
only this we can do.

I saw your site having some "extensions" that not following joomla standard. called qradio.

my suggestion. try to setup new test site. and install ONLY jomsocial + socialize on it.
let see the issue still happening or not. maybe you have have customization or any extensions that not follow joomla way?
