STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 enter the manager templates
2 select the template "Socialize"
3 go to the "Theme" option
4 change "Logo Image" and "Small Logo Image"

RESULT to refresh the page change is not reflected logo
EXPECTED RESULT change the logo
BROWSER firefox
"Logo Image" and "Small Logo Image" if for dekstop and mobile view.
but if you using socialize "social" layout there is no "logo" from the template it self.
with social layout, the logo from jomsocial toolbar module it self. please go to module manager and open that module. you can upload small logo version for mobile at there.
