Hi, Daniel.

I'm sorry but you can't move this part to sidebar as this is NOT a module. It is an integral part of component main content.
Only thing you could do is to create new menu, create menu item aliases that reflect structure of JomSocial toolbar menu. Then assign this new menu to a module, then module to sidebar. Finally just disable toolbar in JomSocial configuration.

So all menu positions you'll have in sidebar, no additional toolbar in main area and all icons in JomSocial toolbar at site top (JomSocial toolbar for Socialize).

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Daniel.

I'm sorry but I can't do that for you. I could only provide you with solution.... instructions. We don't manage or customize customers sites. All I mentioned in my previous post are basic Joomla! actions. But let me count them again;

1. Create new menu:
docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Adding_a_new_menu

2. Copy menu items from JomSocial toolbar menu (you may also create menu items manually in the same structure as in JomSocial toolbar):

www.joomclub.org/joomla-tutorials/how-to...s-in-joomla-3-0.html

3. Change menu items to menu aliases:
docs.joomla.org/Help34:Menus_Menu_Item_Menu_Item_Alias

4. Create menu module:
www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/joom...eate-menu-and-module

5. Assign menu module to sidebar:
