ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hello, just trying to do a simple update of the T3 plugin that was bundled with Socialize.
STEPS TO REPLICATE: update T3 system plugin.
1 Joomla back end
2 Extension > Extension Manager > find updates
3 T3 System plug in 2.4.8 appears in the update list.
4 Tick select box and choose update
5 Error message appears "Invalid extension update"
Yes, this plugin is bundled with Socialize but it doesn't belong to us nor is hosted by us.
Please, report this issue to JoomlaArt as issue is caused by their hosting.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
