ISSUE SUMMARY: As instructed I am clicking on Less to CSS it begins to 'load' then quits the message says 'Unexpected error. Please refresh the page try again later.'
I have tried 3 times no luck

THis is not possible on Siteground with the package we have - in your specs it does not say that your recommended are required so I am not sure why I would need to increase these
Less to CSS need resources of memory. if the memory too low and execution time too low. the process cannot be completed.

Please, try to click small arrow on Less > CSS button and choose to compile only your current theme.
Socialize contain a lot of themes, compile all of them at once is very resource consuming - that's why a lot of them are needed.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
