ISSUE SUMMARY: Hi...I bought Socialize yesterday and have a receipt. I've checked in Exensions, Template Manager to change to Socialize but it's not there? Can you please tell me where I can locate it?

I've downloaded and uploaded the template...Final instruction was to click on less>css in template settings...Done that and saved but Socialize is not showing on website? Thanks for your help :-)
You need to set Socialize as your default template. Please, browse to:
Backend -> Extensions -> Template manager
And click star icon button in "Default" colimnd.
But you already did that. I confirm that Socialize is your default template and it's visible on your site:

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
