I have joomsocial with socialize, I wanted to know how is this module called (see attachment)
also is there any way to add other items to this menu?

please goto joomla backend > extensions > modules manager, and search this words: Hello Me
activate that module, assign it to any socialize position and assign to all or certain pages.

if you want add new item at there, you must override the template file by copying default.php from /modules/mod_hellome/tmpl/ to /templates/socialize/html/mod_hellome/, edit that file and put your custom code at there.
