post box lost!

ISSUE SUMMARY:
jomsocial main screen "post box" is lost for some specific users. Losted box picture in attacment

Hi, Alp.

Please provide us working administrator credentials.
I can't login to your site.
Please, edit your first post and add credentials to corresponding fields.

Also if you said that this happens only for certain user... I need that user credentials.

Hi, Alp.

It's because you've set that only friends could write on other user profiles.
I disabled that settings and post box appeared on every profile you view.

Setting is here: Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Site -> Walls -> Only Friends can Write on Profile.

I saw these settings. But Im still not showing post box for "alpozdemir" user.

That's strange indeed... it seems that only this user can't see post box... also on OWN profile.
I assign developer to this thread.

ok, thanks for all. Im waiting for developers response. actually its not importend, of course I can delete this user. I just wonder :)

Hi Michal,

I have found some hint about that. If user in "super user" user group in joomla, jomsocial not showing "post box"
Please inform developer about that.

It seems that issue is indeed caused by Socialize template... exactly by toolbar module... we investigate it further with template developer. I'll update thread when we'll come to any conclusion.

This issue is caused by jQuery. You load it on your site two times. Just enable jQuery load in JomSocial toolbar module.

you say already "You load it on your site two times"
And solution is enable again jQuery ? :)
By the way I have tried this solution and result is same. Post box not visible for "super user"
