ISSUE SUMMARY:
1. Can't login with FB. After successful authorisation by FB dialog login reopens. Seems like loop.
2. The second question is how to hide jomsocial main toolbar. It's duplicated now due to the top jomsocial socialize toolbar.

1. I'm sorry but I can't replicate this issue. I registered via FB on your site without any issues:

2. Browse to Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Layout -> Display Settings (box upper right) -> Show Toolbar -> NO

I was playing different settings of joomla, jomsocial, and socialize and it seems FB login now works on all platforms, chrome as well including android devices.
Could you try when you have time to see if FB login now works as expected on chrome and FF?

It's still there. Please try to login with a FaceBook account. In case it is the first login with FB when complete registration and logout. Clear browser cach, quit it and when try to login with FB.
And please try with different browsers and platforms.
