Upgrading to Socialize 2 is normally a simple process like you have done but in some cases joomla does not remove the correct files in this situation please do the following steps then install socialize 2
Remove Socialize, community toolbar and t3-plugin in joomla extensions manager, then make sure that `templates/socialize` `plugins/system/t3` and `modules/mod_community_toolbar` folders are deleted on your server
install new t3-plugin from our package, and socialize 2 + toolbar
It seems that you didn't upgraded Socialize correctly... there are still some old files that break your template.

1. Socialize was wrong installed.
2. There was second Bootstrap instance (css files) that changed the way template was displayed. Now it's fixed.
