I have one question about the custom.css that is in the socialize css folder.

Is this file incorporated into the less to css button or is this something that is independently scanned?

It does not seem to make the changes on the fly like socialize 1.0 did.

It takes this a terribly long time to process is there any way you can disable the less to css thing?

Hi, Allen.

Custom.css is independent file and any changes applied there should take place imminently. If they don't it means that there could be Joomla! caching enabled... also in some browsers e.g FireFox css files are cached by browser. Then you need to clear browser cache after you change something in css CTRL+F5.

I use custom.css all the time and we suggest other user to do it too. You're first user that reports that issue.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I think it may have something to do with T3's caching system. On the older Joomla 2.5 there was a button to flush T3's cache. There's nothing like that on this version of T3.

I also use a CSS development tool for Apple Safari called Quick Style.

I can't thank you enough for helping me flesh this out. I have dumped the cache in Joomla... I do an Option Refresh with Safari on the mac.
