The toolbar and header (pretty much the whole template) is not displaying for certain pages that I have found so far:

These pages are currently only open to super users.

could you please tell from what page we can enter that pages?
that page belongs to virtumart, I dont see that pages using socialize template:

login as admin (super user)

Example#1:
Navigate to Marketplace / All Shops
Click icon in upper-left as shown in first attachment.

Example#2:
Navigate to Marketplace / All Shops
Under 'Products by Category' click 'Default Products' link
Under 'Free Product' click 'Call for price'
