Please you download and install this package www.jomsocial.com/translations/translations/fr-FR but before you do that you should install the Joomla french translation community.joomla.org/translations/joomla-3-translations.html

I did it but all my administration stay in english... :-/

Joomla and jomsocial are in french, it's ok for it but Socialize stay in english

Actually Socialize is not handle this part sincethe socialize template is based on T3 freamwork template, please you try this www.t3-framework.org/documentation/new-f...#translation-package ..
