ADS NOT SHOWING IN MODULE

Hi.
I just had a few issues with socialize template. The java script was changed when I selected something in the themplate.
My original problem was solved but my ads desappear.

Could you help.

By default Joomla! clears js scripts from custom HTML modules (and articles as well) - it's Joomla! (or Joomla!s editor) settings, not related with JomSocial or Socialize. You need to change your settings for editor (e.g JCE) and Joomla!

If code was once removed before you set Joomla! to not remove js scripts - you'll need to enter the code once again.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I understoood your point
But Im not familiar with any of the explanation you gave me.
So Im in the same place as before.
I guest I will have to contact Ad Agency support to get it done.
All of this happen after you guys apply some fixes to my site.

Sorry for the slow reply, if this has happened after we applied some fixes for you could you please reply and let me know the link for that post. Even if its on the ijoomla.com forum I can follow up with the support person and find out what was done on your site so we can establish what was changed and get it fixed for you.
