Hi, Jared.

This is T3 script, please ask T3 developers why it doesn't work on your site.
You may always use this plugin: extensions.joomla.org/extension/structur...kyline-scroll-to-top

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal,

I will reach out. I've been noticing that module positions are not publishing when compared to the layout of the template so maybe there is something else going on here. I will let you know what I find ...

Every time I have tried to open an account @ T3 site, the registration fails so I have no way of communicating for support. I'm not sure what I can do ....

Any suggestions?

I'm sorry but the only way is to contact with T3 developers.

If you guys have an account there, would you be so kind as to let them know that they are having registration issues with their site? Please?

I don't know how anyone is supposed to work on their sites if the developers for the framework you use are not reachable. It would be befuddling to imagine that your team doesn't have access to these guys being that you are building your product upon their framework.

Letting them know about this would be very helpful.

Hi, Jared.

That's embarrassing... at least it should be for them...
Support staff doesn't have contact with T# developers... but try to contact with Ashraf: github.com/amiashraf
As far I remember, he's affiliated with them... at least he should have contact to the...
