I want to make the cover picture three different images, instead of one image displayed there.
Also, i want to place the profile picture to the right side, the opposite side of it's current position.

Moving the avatar could be achieved by modifying the #community-wrap .js-focus-avatar class but this won't be a simple change as you need to factor in responsive styling and how it will react on different devices. I'n regards to making the cover 3 images that would require your developer to make major changes to the product. This is outside the scope of our support i'm sorry
