Hi Malaca,
sorry my mistake. this is not bug.
but you not put overrides language at backend. here the steps:
1. go to joomla language manager
2. select overrides
3. filter it to backend language
4. click new
5. e.g: COM_COMMUNITY_FIELDS_BASICINFORMATION Información Básica
Regards,
Albert
Hello Albert,
Thanks for your reply.
Do not think it's a problem of override. So far we have never had this problem and have never used override to display properly. Also the problem is when the backend is in English, while in Spanish, however, is correctly (please see attached screen captures).

Hi,
please check it, I fixed it for you.
you put this COM_COMMUNITY_FIELDS_BASICINFORMATION as field name/label. at English translation doesn't have that translation, because that translation is "custom made" by user only. at Spain language its no problem that because "3rd party" language already have that translation.
so I put language override for English to tackle this issue.

Hello Albert,
Thank you for your help.
But we have not yet clear why we have not had this problem before? Moreover, in the folder structure of the website under "languages" there is a folder that says "Overrides" in it a file for English appear and one for Spanish containing previous translations, but not the new translations that you have added. Is this correct?
