We've got several problems after upgrading from 1.2.8 to 1.2.9. but I'll start here with our menu issue:

Our "Main Menu" should be displayed on the left column of our screen in position "sidebar-1". However, it is instead being displayed on the right side of our screen.

Also, if you search our Joomla modules for "ads" you will find several modules that should be displayed at "sidebar-2" (right side column) but those are being displayed down on the left side of the screen.

Please refer to the attachment showing all of these modules in the wrong positions.

IMPORTANT: Note that the correct admin url is located in the "Test/Development Site Information" area of the credentials form since the form won't accept it in the "Site Information" area.

please check it, I fixed for you. The issue with module: Community Toolbar for Socialize Template is self. some files not upgraded properly. so I did this steps at joomla extension manager:
1. uninstall that module
2. install that module again
