in the latest release of Socialize it says we now have the Facebook connect in the toolbar. I have installed the upgrades but cannot see the Facebook connect. Do I need to do something else? I have looked in the Toolbar module and the Facebook connect plugin but there are no options to 'switch it on'.
Did you properly configured Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Configuration -> Facebook connect ?
Also make sure you have JomSocial toolbar for Socialize in version 1.2.9 (you may check this in Backend -> Extensions -> Extension Manager.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
