Hello There

I just installed socialize template and jomsocial in my website, everything was running ok, until today I noticed the hello me and the side panel of jomsocial were gone, I checked everywhere for a possible change but was not able to find anything, also on the mobile version (phones, tablets) the menu covers the entire search bar and notification icons, one last thins, the site even thought we check the "remember me" Box, the site kick us out in less than 1 minute and we have to log back in, this is in all users utilizing different computers, can you please help see attach IMGs.

Best Regards

Hi, Antonio.

1. Sidebars are disabled in xTablet, Tables and Mobile view: prntscr.com/4t8png
To fix it just click on title sidebar-2 and red eye should be unchecked.

2. That is expected - main content area is much narrower in mobile view so all those items, menu, search bar and icons are moved to off canvas panel. Just click on that three lines icon :D

3. Menu has float left property as it's a ul list and it elements are also floated left.

4. As for kicking out issue. Please, open new thread as it seems that wee need to dig deeper to solve this issue and it shouldn't be merged with your other - display issues/questions.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Antonio.

I enabled those two positions... your site behaves exactly as expected and I don't see any issues with display here.
You can check our demo: socialize.jomsocial.com/ and compare with your site.

Hi, Antonio.

Hello me module is displayed on JomSocial frontpage... just scroll your page max bottom... prntscr.com/4u4kae
it seems that you have made some customization that broke frontpage layout. Please, roll back your changes.
You have no sidebar-2 because you haven't assigned any module to that position...
