Hi Alfredo,

I dont really get it, in your home page I see some modules, the jomsocial component is not there, only jomsocial modules, and the main layout you put jomsocial activities stream module. Do you mean you want to hide activity stream module? right?

thank you

ok, maybe you never heard of that feature.
some joomla framework (not t3, i guess) allows to hide the component in home page
i mean this
<jdoc:include type="component" />
since in several occasion the home page doesn't need that, in fact as you can see below the activity stream module i have an article named "empty"

This is global question, I thought you only want to hide jomsocial component, I am sorry for the misunderstood, if you are using socalize you can find that code from these files

templates/socialize/tpls/blocks/mainbody-content-left.php:      <jdoc:include type="component" />
templates/socialize/tpls/blocks/mainbody-content-right.php:      <jdoc:include type="component" />
templates/socialize/tpls/blocks/mainbody-js.php:        <jdoc:include type="component" />
templates/socialize/tpls/blocks/mainbody.php:      <jdoc:include type="component" />
