Okay so like you see in the images below, the avatars in the top members' list are not the same which makes it look a bit stupid, how can I reduce the size of those images only in the top members list to make them all like the small ones? Thanks!

this issue caused by this file templates/socialize/local/css/themes/orange/template.css for fixing this you need find this code and remove the "!important" tag :

img {
  max-width: 100% !important;
}
