We purchased JomSocial with the Socialize Template. Our customer wanted to know if there was a way for a customer on a mobile device to change to a "full web version" rather than have the mobile version that shows up when they are on a mobile device. I wasn't sure if that was possible since it is a responsive template. If there's not a way to create a link that does that, is there a way to remove the mobile version and just have the full web version (for desktops) show up on the mobile device? We are just asking for what options are available. We don't want any changes made at this point.
NO, there isn't an option in front end to switch to desktop view. Socialize template is based on bootstrap so it means it react dynamically with device display demensions.
You can switch off responsiveness globally in: Backend -> Extensions -> Template manager -> Socialize -> General -> Responsive -> OFF
After you switch responsiveness off, you must recompile less to css by clicking LESS to CSS button in upper menu.

- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
