Okay so when I click on my notifications and/or messages when I get one, it often doesn't disappear and I have to either refresh the page or go to another page. It should be done right away tho, what's wrong?
You mean when you click on icon in toolbar - modal window appears - if you click on X in upper right corner, window should be closed.
When you click on certain message title you should be redirected to inbox.
I was on your site and icons and modal window work fine...
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
