JomSocial Active Socialize Expired

Hi,
I have by some reason got up my menu on my main site, but how to get ride of the same menu down under? I don't Think I understand how the modules should be set to get it right. I can't se the top-header either, even that one are enabled , so hopefully someone can help me sort this out. I have even read the video tutorials, but it looks so different, but maybe aren't. I put a screenshot for you to see and hopefully understand what I mean. :)

Hi, Tom.

You have Main menu in Backend -> Menu and it's assigned to module Huvud Meny... module is assigned to module position "position-1". When you enable Socialzie template this module is still assigned to "position-1" and template has own position for menu that loads main menu. So you have it twice.

Just disable Huvud Meny module.

In Socialize template configuration panel, you have tab "Navigation". There you can see that Main menu is assigned to template using megamenu feature.

Hi Michael,
I did as you told me and now it's as it should be. Hmm...I try to read about how to get all my modules set on the right places, but it's really hard to understand how, even if read the tutorials and the video tutorials that JS offer. I see them on the bottom, but...hmm this is a headache. :)

Hi, Tom.

Then I have a tip for you that will make your life easier :D
Use this url: www.yourdomain.se/index.php?tp=1&template=socialize (replace "yourdomain).
And now you'll see all module positions available in Socialize template ;)
Then just assign modules to positions that you can see and fit your needs.

This is a bit strange, I can only get up Main Menu in the controlpanel so I don't know if something are missing or I just don't see it. On the tutorials it seem to be a lot more then I can get up on my screen, though Everything are on the bottom of the screen but on wrong places, but can't get on the right places.

Hi, Tom.

As I can see, you can assign any menu that you have in your system to template mega menu: prntscr.com/4gw6db

Please, try to describe in detail (printscreens will be nice) what you want to achieve.

Hi Michael,
That is what I've been trying after the fix on my server was done, but it all seem to go wrong for me. I could have sent you a screenshot, but it's not apropriate stuff to show on the supportforum, and Everything I see on the bottom of my site when I do a preview of my Socialize. How I should like to have the modules should have been as it is by now on JS own demosite but unfortunately I can't manage that because I don't understand how to do, even if I red and saw all the tutorials.

HI, Tom.

Ah, I see... so this is NEW issue not related with Top menu... please, remember to open NEW thread each time when you have issue as posting in older threads may confuse.

You just have assigned modules to bottom menu positions... that's all. You need to reassign them.

But there is other issue, probably related with access rights: prntscr.com/4gwhoa
These are warnings but it seems that plugin can't convert less to css so site doesn't have styling...

But first open new threads for new issues... if any. I presume that issue with top menu is solved?
