Socialize toolbar doesnt show on mobile. I made the custom.css as the previous post and nothing happened.

This is correct and by design.
In mobile toolber is moved to off canvas at left. You can see a button instead a toolbar. After clicking it off canvas panel is opened.
If you want to change that behavior - you need to do it yourself as such a customization are not supported.

You are right, the issue is with our current released version, it is fixed and coming with our next released.

Even if I don't have any notification, I see a blue tooltip with a zero on in. As if I have ZERO new notifications.

So far it is such how implemented and the improvement ( if there is no notification then will not show nothing as facebook) is coming next. The issue is related with jomsocial, it is fixed and coming with our next release 3.2.1.3+
