Hi Mohammed,
Please find the language file at root/language/en-GB/com_community.ini and search the word
COM_COMMUNITY_GET_CONNECTED_TITLE
COM_COMMUNITY_HERO_PARAGRAPH
if you find them then replace with expected sentence.
Note: FYI, you need to access that file through ftp or cpanel.
