I understand and respect your policy and procedures however just want to mention that i didnot go through your refund policy before purchase as there was no intention of taking a refund. I downloaded and used the template but didn't like it much so requesting for refund. I have deleted all instances of template from end. Request you to kindly refund for this time making and exception. I am a Jomsocial customer since very long, atleast consider that.
