I purchased Socialize Template recently but now wants refund. How do i do that ?

I understand and respect your policy and procedures however just want to mention that i didnot go through your refund policy before purchase as there was no intention of taking a refund. I downloaded and used the template but didn't like it much so requesting for refund. I have deleted all instances of template from end. Request you to kindly refund for this time making and exception. I am a Jomsocial customer since very long, atleast consider that.

I have sent several emails but nobody is responding to it. If you don't want to refund then at least adjust the amount to extend my JomSocial Subscription.

I am a customer to you since very long with a valid JomSocial Subscription.

Recently i purchased your other product Socialize Template against Order #16467 purchased on 06-05-2014. I hereby request a full refund against my purchase. I understand and respect your refund policy and procedures however just want to mention that i did not go through your refund policy before purchase as there was no intention of taking a refund.
