Hi, Alfredo.
Check if you don't have template override in ROOT/templates/your-template/html/mod_community_toolbar
Hi, Alfredo.
We're aware that each user and site is unique and want to have this unique look. it's really great that users can reshape joomla and JomSocial as those applications are Open Source.
But you must understand that our technical support is dedicated to helping users to use and configure JomSocial. And especially fight bugs. Customizations are out of scope our technical support. We could help in some minor changes, suggest solutions. But checking what goes wrong in user customization is beyond our support. We deliver JomSocial as it is and any customizations are users concern. It's stated really clear in license agreement.
I noticed that you have opened A LOT of feature or customizations request. We can help in few of such a request but not all the time.
So, sorry to say that, but with any customizations you are on your own. We could advise you where to find certain part of code or which template is responsible for displaying some elements. And of course bugs - report them if you encounter any. But we'll not provide you a complete solutions for customizations or check for any faults in them
If some feature stop to work after you change something - the only we can advise is to roll back any changes and restore original files.
Once again I ask for your understanding.
Please read our Support Policy:
www.jomsocial.com/support
Especially Customization Policy at the bottom of the page.
my request as you can see are mainly about the wihich file should i study for my customizations.
i'm not asking anyone to do my job for me.
i have done nothing with that toolbar module, so i think there is some strange behaviour, for example, watching the html code of the page you can see in toolbar module code a div.span8.mobile-menu is that normal?
Hi Alfredo,
According to the link for your test server
naXXXXXXXia.it/welovemoda
, I am seeing the toolbar module's tooltip is working fine.
if there any issue you notice with tooltip for toolbar then please come with screenshot.
and about the selector "div.span8.mobile-menu"
It is exactly what should be,
If you are familiar with bootstrap 2.3.2 then it will make sense to you.
Thanks

Hi Alfredo,
I am unable to login at your site admin.
Please check.
Thanks
i solved that issue by myself. i had a "default - copia.php" in mod_community_toolbar/tmpl
that was the problem.
well, now all works, i want to override the module i placed default.php in socialize/html/mod_community_toolbar/
but joomla uses still the original one
