Issue:
In the backend I have disabled the profile likes options, but when the user goes to preferences>general there is a check box for profile likes.

Changes:
I need some direction with a few tasks, if you could tell me for each one if it can be done with CSS, admin changes or if I need to hire a developer (will it require changes to core files? I would prefer not to if possible)

1. Is it possible that user signs up only with email and remove the username option? Allow only certain emails (select from approved dropdown) to sign up?
2. Automatically set the vanity url based on the username/real name and remove the change vanity url option from the user frontend
3. Remove/hide profile views from user frontend and move report into options dropdown.
4. Add extra external links to the hello-me module, for example contact which will link to the contact page.
5. Create a landing page with registration (similar to facebook)
6. Change the position of icons in the top-header (move them to the right of search)
7. Remove categories from group/event submission form
8. When a user sends a friend request, status is changed to pending, give the user an option to cancel the request?
