after more tests, this issue occurs with js optimize parameter set to ON, whatever the setting of th CSS one's.
Compress tool is JSmin.

I have update at your site and it seems the menu is working fine.
There is a small mistake, the error fix was actually with jomsocial file and here the file locations as
"root/components/com_community/assets/bootstrap/bootstrap.min.js"

we've just checked.
It's not working, it's even worst because now the drop down menu disappears after 2 sec and we can't work on it.
Please have a look. Don't forget this issue popped up as soon as you enable js optimization.

I have just checked again at my local with fresh joomla 3.3 + Jomsocial 3.2.0.5 + socialize 1.2.7 with compressed css and js.
The dropdown is working fine.
After having look at your site, you have installed several thirdparty extensions which may cause this issue.
I prefer you to check with fresh fresh joomla 3.3 + Jomsocial 3.2.0.5 + socialize 1.2.7 with separate directory or subdomain with same server and fillup necessary fileds at "test development site" of this topic first one.
In this way we can find and solve.

There is no js conflict as far as js compression is not used. But when it's used the mouse drop down feature neither the mouse on click works. And as you can check there are only js scripts in relation with com_community and t3 used by Socialize.
If we exclude all the scrips above, from the js compression, issue is still there. So from our point of view something is going wrong in the js compression.
