at our forum site. the 2nd menu is from the component it self, Kunena. and not using socialize template

Socialize template using T3 framework, you can do custom layouting here the reference:
t3-framework.org/documentation/layout-system.html

and you need playing little bit with Menu - module. Depend with your purpose/demand, or maybe you need make another module.
