the socialize template does NOT work with jomsocial! other template (protostar) does not have the problem.
every time i click the blue button (see picture) to change a avatar or a cover (in profile, event, group, etc) NOTHING happens.

the window where i can search the computer for a picture does not open. i did a clean install of newest joomla, jomsocial, socialze 3 days ago. i testet it on 2 different domians, all the same problem. what is the problem (javascript?, bootstrap conflict?....?). Very disapointing, i paid a lot of money and it said sozialize would work best with jomsocial!!

I have noticed the problem at your site.
The strange thing is the surrounding of the button is working.
Can you send us the whole site backup.
You can use akeeba backup ( www.akeebabackup.com/ ) in this case.
Once you backup the whole site successfully you can send us the ftp info by editing your first post.

hello, now the backup is done, i had to split it in 10MB files... i edited the ftp login in my first post.

on your demo site:
socialize.jomsocial.com/69-super-user/profile
there is the same problem, it does not work either!

Can you go to the admin panel > template manager > socialize > navigation [tab] > navigation style
and set it as mega menu instead of joomla menu?
Let me know if the problem still exists.
There is a small glitch with "joomla menu".
BTW I am unable to see the site admin panel. Can you fix that? So far I am facing problem as
"Not Found
The requested URL /administrator/ was not found on this server."

Hi Ashraf, i switched to megamenu and it works! i can upload cover!! Thats good!
But megamenu does not work right on ipad and iphone if you have a submenu. How can i get this to work?
I do not understand, why you can not login into backend. i tried it on different computers and it works fine...

There was a problem with jomsocial and the solution will come with next version.
Until it comes, I have upload necessary file through ftp.
Now upload should work fine both menu (Joomla menu/Mega menu).
