Hello, I need to add a module suffix to Community Toolbar for Socialize Template but it does not have the option for it, is there any other way to do it?

You are absolutely correct, this is not yet developed.
I have informed to our developer to care this issue.
But if you want to have any style then there is a unique id "community-tb-wrap" which wrap all module html.
